Working principle: 
disk tallings recycling machine is composed by host, discharging device, collecting slot, chute and frame. The disk of host is installed in the chute, and the pulp inflows to it from one side and goes throgh the gap of magnetic disks. Then the magnetic minerals are absorbed to the surface of magnetic disk, and the non-magnetic minerals outflow from the other side of the chute. The host disk moves, the magnetic minerals which is absorbed to the surface of the magnetic disk are brought out the mineral slurry. When the magnetic minerals enter the area of unloading mine, they are dropped to the collecting slot by the discharging device which is in the gap of the magnetic disks. At last, they are collected and exported by the collecting slot.

Characteristics of the equipment:
1. productivity, high efficiency, less consumption.
Because of using the complex magnetic technology, the magnetism around the disk has deep magnetism, high field intensity and big gradient. Compared to other similar equipments it’s recycling rate is 2 to 3 times to them.
2. Unloading easily, no wear of magnet.
Using mobile magnet technology. The mine gathers to the outboard of the magnetic disk automatically under the effection of flushing water and the moving magnetism. Because the outboard of the magnetic disk has the same magnetic pole (N or S), the scraper can scratch the mine easily and make a protective layer on the magnetic 
surface according to the principle of the polar repulsions.
3. Simple structure, low energy consumption.
Using common cycloidal reducer, no complicated speed regulation system and complex induction plate unloading device. Saving 5%-25% energy than the similar machine. It can avoid to make tandem axle and disk loose. When the equipment is working, in addition to add lubricating oil and change rubber board hanging material, there is no machanical fault.

4. Long service life.
Using the NdFeB as the magnetic source, it is corrosion resistant and heat resistant. So its service life is significant longer.The diameters of the magnetic disk on the machine are φ 1200, φ 1500 and φ 1700.
